- Submit your study for approval to the **Committee on the Use of Human Subjects** (CUHS).
- Complete the Study Pool **APPLICATION (below)**
- Include the **DEBRIEFING** form (if required by IRB)
- the **CUHS APPROVAL letter** (signed by the reviewer)

- On the IRB include:  
    **Harvard Special Determinations:** Psychology Study Pool  
    **Special Populations:** Children, Minors, or Summer School Students

 Send the following documents to the [STUDY POOL OFFICE](mailto:studypool@wjh.harvard.edu).  
You will recieve an e-mail when it has been received and approved.
